1. Understanding your search

We make it our priority to build a real understanding of your search criteria. After our telephone conversations, meetings and emails, we send you a questionnaire to cover all final details.

We then select the best properties in London – all those currently on the market with estate agents and those that we find off-market through our network of contacts.

2. The viewings

Once you arrive in London, we accompany you on all viewings and show you the local neighbourhood. Many of our clients, especially on the rental side, only need a day with us to find the right property.

3. The negotiation

Once we have found your dream home, our expert negotiation skills come into action. More than negotiating the purchase price or rent, we also manage the legal process throughout to ensure that you will move into the property on your desired date.
